Seminar on Wave Soldering and Hand Soldering. "Regular training of operators/supervisors and managers is mandatory as far as ISO is concerned. Even otherwise updating on recent developments in the field and reminder of many precautions and procedures is necessary for the consistency in quality and productivity. Training of employees is helpful to refresh and enhance their liability towards the company. Considering above need Microtech Corporation took initiative in providing training facility to the customers even at their shop floors. Experts who have long and valuable experience in the field of soldering are available for the training and problem solving too. Training on soldering process is divided in three parts viz Hand Soldering Process, Wave Soldering Process and SMT Soldering Process. Each subject is handled in detail including cost and wastage awareness. Awareness regarding safety during dross handling etc. is communicated properly. Audio-visual presentation, verbal explanation and practical demonstration are the ways in which the whole training is given.
